chocolate and raspberry cake

Ingredients

90g oat bran (2x HexB

4 eggs

4tbsp fat free natural Greek yoghurt 

2tbsp sweetener (1 syn)

1tsp baking powder

11g white hot choc options (2syns)

100g raspberries (1 syn)

Method:

Preheat oven to 190c

Spray cake tin with fry light

Mix all the ingredients together

Top with fruit of your choice (frozen also fine)

Bake 35mins

That’s pretty much it! If you don’t have oat bran you could use porridge oats but I’d recommend blitzing them in a blender.
