The recipe for beef Stroganoff, a delicious dish made from beef and mushrooms, easy and simple to make for a light meal.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 500 g of beef tenderloin in pieces
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 5 cl of dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream lightened to 12%
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- Salt pepper.
Instructions :
- In a saucepan heat the olive oil and fry on the chopped onion and chopped mushrooms.
- Then add the meat, salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika and stir and leave for 5 minutes.
- Pour the white wine and the tomato paste and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the cream and mustard and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve with pasta or rice.
